John Greguska and Larry Nyffeler have both been with Royal Homes since the 1970s. In 2001 they formed a partnership, Royal Development, Inc. They have continued to thrive and grow their business with land development in the best areas and the building of top quality homes. Larry focuses on the building end and John focuses on the marketing, and they work together to provide the "homes you come back to" in Silverleaf Estates, Pacific Pointe Estates, Pacific Pointe, and Tuscan Ridge. They pride themselves on their business ethics and quality subcontractors.
